Streamy Award Nominations Include ‘Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,’ ‘HuffPost Live,’ ‘Mortal Kombat’
“Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” “Mortal Kombat: Legacy II” and “Huffpost Live” are among the dozens of Streamy Awards nominees, which Dick Clark Productions and Tubefilter announced on Monday.
The annual award show, launched in 2010, honors excellence in original online video across 47 wide-ranging categories, including shows, brand campaigns, collaborations, music, performers and even pranks.

Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars” nabbed a nomination for best overall Non-Fiction or Reality series, while “Mortal Kombat” was nominated in multiple categories — best Overall Drama series, Action and Sci-Fi series, Choreography, Cinematography, Directing, and Visual effects.
The Huffington Post’s “Huffpost Live” secured a nomination against “Op-Docs,” “RetroReport,” “SourceFed” and “YouTube Nation” in the News and Current Events category.
